What is often called the cashew nut or "cashew peaches" - are actually succulent stalks. They are yellow or red, 5-11 cm long, pear shaped or rhomboid. Beneath the skin is a leprous, yellowish, very succulent, slightly astringent and sour taste. Such structures are also known as "dummy fruits" by plant biologists.

The fruit actually grows at the end of the stem. It is a bead, covered with double shells. The outer layer - green and smooth, contains caustic phenol resin. The inner layer is similar to the thick crust, covered by honeycomb like cells, underneath is the edible nucleus. There are many stages before raw seeds become the final product.

Cashew products are grown on farms built to the standard of organic crops. Produced in a clean environment, no harmful chemicals.

PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

The technology used in cashew nut processing is the latest up to the present time, allowing to achieve excellent quality. The enterprise carries out the entire processing cycle, including drying, sorting and steam treatment of seed pods, shelling and separating on automatic cutting lines, drying and moistening, peeling. The arrangement of the finished products according to the categories depends on color and shape, made on digital image separators with maximum precision and productivity. Up to 100 tons of finished products are produced each month.
